Irvin D. Reid, president of Wayne State University , and the WSU Board of Governors will dedicate the William Rea Keast Memorial Commons on Monday in the area behind the Towers Residential Suites on the Wayne State campus. Keast was the university's fifth president, serving from 1965-70.
